I. The customer, upon making a purchase from Odiscountstore.com, verifies that they are of legal age.
II. All decisions regarding patient care must be made with a healthcare professional. Consumers with medical concerns must consult their physician.
III. Buyer recognizes that these products are not to be used during pregnancy, when contemplating pregnancy, or while breast feeding (nursing).
IV. Upon purchase, customer acknowledges the recommendation of Odiscountstore.com to consult a qualified physician or aesthetic professional prior to purchase or use of products and assumes liability for any and all conditions resulting from product use.
V. No returns allowed for adverse reactions, unexpected reactions, or suboptimal results or any other reason except wrong order fullfilment.
VI. In no event shall Odiscountstore.com, its contributors, employees, or its agents assume any liability for incidental or consequential damages relating to the purchase and use of any of the products contained on Odiscountstore.com.
VII. Buyer acknowledges the Odiscountstrore.com Return Policy as follows:
Customers must notify Odiscountstore.com upon receipt of any incorrect shipments. Upon notification, Odiscountstore.com is responsible for providing the correct item or items to the customer. Disclaimer: Odiscountstore.com provides current Obagi users with the products they love at prices that are unmatched. Odiscountstore.com is not liable for customers who are unsatisfied with the results of a product, have adverse reactions to a product, have received a product that is damaged due to shipping, or who wish to return a product for any reason other than incorrect order fulfillment. Accordingly, Odiscountstore.com advises customers to consult a physician or aesthetic professional prior to placing any orders online. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT OPEN PRODUCTS OR WITH BROKEN SEAL. UNOPENED PRODUCTS WITH INTACT SEALS MAY BE RETURNED. ODISCOUNTSTORE WILL REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE MINUS ANY SHIPPING EXPENSE. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise specified. We encourage the use of signature confirmation as we assume no responsability for items lost in transit. No claims accepted after 30 days of purchase date.
VIII. Odiscountstore.com reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice.
IX. O discount store will not assume any responsability for lost packages, unclaimed packages once the package(s) is/are delivered to the USPS. Customers may request confirmation of delivery at our local post office at which time O Discount Store will present proof of delivery to the USPS. If the package(s) is/are lost in transit by the USPS and insurance has been purchased, there will be a 30 day wait period for refunds (USA,PR,USVI ORDERS ONLY). Refunds will not exceed $250.00 as this is the maximum allowed by the USPS. If you would like to insure your package, please call 855-696-2244 to arrange this service at an additional charge.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OUTSIDE USA, USVI, PUERTO RICO) CAN NOT BE TRACKED ONLINE OR OTHERWISE. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MAY TAKE 3-4 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY, IF YOU ARE UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THIS, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM US. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES AS THEY CAN NOT BE TRACKED. WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A CUSTOMS NUMBER ONLY. THIS NUMBER CAN NOT BE USED FOR TRACKING PURPOSES. WE HAVE A 100% DELIVERY RATE BUT PACKAGES TAKE TIME, PLEASE BE PATIENT.
THE USPS ADVERTISES PRIORITY MAIL SERVICE AS A 2-3 DAY DELIVERY TIME. HOWEVER, PACKAGES MAY TAKE UP TO 5 POSTAL DAYS TO ARRIVE. PLEASE SEE BELOW
Using the label ID numbers, you can check the delivery status online via Track and Confirm on usps.com or you can obtain information by calling 1-800-222-1811. If five (5) or more postal business days have passed since the date of mailing and the recipient has confirmed that the item has not arrived, you may call 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) to request documentation of your issue.
ALL ORDERS OVER $199.00 WILL HAVE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ADDED TO THE POSTAGE. THIS WILL REQUIRE THE RECEPIENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE.
ALL ORDERS GOING TO AN APARTMENT, TRAILER PARK, MULTIUNIT RESIDENCES, OFFICE BUILDINGS ETC. WILL HAVE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ADDED TO THE POSTAGE. THIS WILL REQUIRE RECEPIENT TO SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE.
X. Any special requests or change orders will be received through email only. No verbal requests for change orders will be accepted or processed. If any employee or agent of O Discount Store accepts a verbal change order or request, it must also be followed by an email confirmation, otherwise O Discount store will not assume responsability for the correct order fullfilment.
Xl. Any refused packages will have a 20% restocking fee applied to the account plus shipping charges.
XII. If customer provides wrong or incorrect Name, Shipping address, email address or any other incorrect information which causes the package to be returned to O Discount Store by any courrier service such as USPS, UPS, FED-EX etc., Customer will assume all Re- shipping fees or pay a 20% restocking fee plus original shipping expenses. Customer asssumes all responsability for claiming and receiving their package in a timely manner. O Discount store will not be responsible for abandoned packages or packages left in conditions that may alter its content such as extreme heat or cold weather.
